How does MrZine work?

The idea is so simple that it will blow your mind!

  • Visitors browse MrZine.com for Ezines/Newsletters that offer BONUSES.
  • When they find a bonus they like, they subscribe to that eZine/newsletter.
  • Being subscribers they wait to receive the newsletter’s next issue.
  • Inside that issue, the eZine owner sends a special link (code) which has 2 characteristics: a) it EXPIRES after a certain period of time, and b) is valid for only a limited number of HITS (clicks/subscribers).
  • The subscriber clicks the link and his/her account is credited through MrZine.com with MrZine Points.

So what happens is this:

  • The MORE eZines and newsletters a subscriber READS the MORE points s/he can collect, the MORE bonuses s/he can cash!
  • The MORE bonuses an eZine owner adds, the MORE subscribers can get: that means MONEY since "the money is in the List"!

What is MrZine anyway?

MrZine is an automatic BONUS Distribution System for both owners and subscribers of eZines and/or newsletters.

What does MrZine do?

MrZine allows the eZine owners for a fee to:

  • List their/s and newsletter/s.
  • Add bonuses to their eZines’ records. Each bonus corresponds to “MrZine Points” and MrZine’s users can obtain bonuses depending of how many MrZine Points they have.
  • Get promotional special codes through which their subscribers can collect MrZine Points.
  • List their newsletter/eZine in all of MrZine’s pages by purchasing a “Featured eZine” option.
  • Get a code and display to their website all the bonuses offered through MrZine.com

MrZine allows free the users to:

  • Subscribe to newsletters/newsletters that participate in the MrZine Bonus Distribution System.
  • Collect “MrZine Points” through special codes sent by the eZines and newsletters’ owners - either by email or through a web environment.
  • Cash their points by instantly downloading bonuses listed at MrZine.

How does MrZine's membership work?

MrZine’s memberships work with CODES, HITS & DURATION.

A membership to MrZine:

a) Has a specific duration.
b) Includes a specific number of codes the eZine owners can use.
c) Each code can be clicked by a specific number of users/subscribers (hits).

In turn, each code:

a) Corresponds to a specific number of  "MrZine Points" collected by subscriber and for a specific ezine/newsletter.
b) Can be used by a specific number of subscribers.
c) Can lasts for specific number of days.

Example:

  • An eZine owner purchases a membership that lasts 1 month.
  • During this month s/he can send (say) 3 CODES to his/her list.
  • Each code can have 1000 HITS each. In other words 1000 subscribers can click that code and cash the MrZine Points assigned to it.
  • Each code can last (say) 48 hours. In other words subscribers cannot collect "MrZine Points" if they will not click the link during the time mentioned by the eZine owner.

How does MrZine Point System work?

eZine owners can add in MrZine:

  • EZINES/NEWSLETTERS
  • BONUSES

Each BONUS corresponds to MrZine POINTS - with number 10 the minimum ones. A Bonus can be Locked or Unlocked.

  • If a Bonus is Locked, then it can be downloaded by the subscribers of the ezine/newsletter that sent the code.
  • If a Bonus is Unlocked, it can be downloaded by any user.

Subscribers can collect MrZine Points by clicking the special promotional CODES in links sent by the eZine owners (members) of MrZine.

So what happens is this:

  • When the eZine owner is ready to send his/her newsletter, s/he visits MrZine, creates a special promotional code and gets a LINK. The eZine owner can use this link for 72 hours after its creation.
  • That means, if the link is coded to last 72 hours, subscribers can get MrZine Points only if they click the link in 72 hours.
  • The eZine owner sends the code link to his/her list. Subscribers click the link and their account is credited by the MrZine Points that correspond to that specific link/code. In any case subscribers must register with MrZine to collect and cash points and bonuses.

Why do the codes have duration?

MrZine's purpose is to make subscribers ACTIVE.

If a code did not have duration there wouldn’t be any sense of URGENCY for the subscriber.

Imagine this too: You publish your newsletter online and keep an archive with all past issues. In each issue you send your special code. If the code had no duration then the subscribers can always visit your newsletter online and click the codes whenever they wanted. This tactic is not good for your eZine.

Why do the codes have hits?

Again, this limit creates a sense of urgency to the subscribers, too.

What's better?

A. You can click this link for the next 48 hours and only if you’re one of the first 100 subscribers you can collect 10 MrZine Points.
B. You can click this link for the next 48 hours and you can collect 10 MrZine Points.

A stands out of course:-)

Additionally, it's a matter of bandwidth, too. Not ALL the subscribers click the links inside an eZine. So, if your ratio is 1:100, that means 1 out of 100 users click a link in your newsletter, and your newsletter counts 1000 subscribers, you need 10 hits - no more for each code. On the other side, if your ratio is the same (1:100) and your list counts 100,000 subscribers, you need at least 1000 hits per code - no more no less. This way a balance (and also a justice) exists for all and MrZine is not bombarded by hits without a reason.

What happens if an eZine owner will not use his/her codes during his membership?

Very simply: s/he loses them.

The purpose of MrZine is to keep both subscribers and also eZine owners active. If you have an eZine and you do not keep your subscribers MOTIVATED then you’ll eventually lose your subscribers or you’ll make them lose their interest.

Can a subscriber collect "MrZine Points" from my newsletter BUT cash them for someone else’s newsletter bonuses?

No if you Lock the Bonus.

I am a subscriber and have 20 points from Ezine A, but no points from Ezine B. I want to download a Bonus offered by Ezine B. Is it possible?

Yes, IF the Bonus is Unlocked. Otherwise, you have to subscribe to Ezine B, collect MrZine Points by clicking the links provided by the owner through the ezine’s Issues and then cash your points.

If the Bonus is Unlocked, you can use your existing points and download it.

I am a subscriber and want to order a product listed as a Bonus to MrZine. Can I?

Yes, if you can email the owner. There will be a link listed to the Bonus if the owner wants to trade it.

I am an eZine owner, have obtained my membership to MrZine and I want to list the bonuses I offer through MrZine.com in MY site. Is it possible?

Yes, it is. Log in to your account and click "Display Bonuses in your site". You'll get the code you need to display all bonuses in your website.

I have a membership site with ebooks and software inside. My concern is some members download all of my products during the first days and do not re-subscribe... How can MrZine help here?

You can create an account in MrZine, list your products and correspond points to each product. For example, ebook A for 40 points, software B for 100 points and so on. Then each week, or every 15 days or each month send a link to your members that would cash it for say 300 points. This way your members will remain active, your vault will remain safe and meanwhile you can always add new products for maintaining the incentive of your customers to remain subscribed.

I want my codes to expire far beyond 72 hours... Is it possible?
I want my codes to expire in less than 72 hours... Is it possible?

Yes, it is. Email John Delavera and a membership can be created tailored to your needs.

Who created MrZine.com?

The whole analysis has been created by John Delavera (who is John?).
